Speaking w/customer service, it’s apparent Pavlov knows this & uses this to help customers at THEIR convenience, not the customers. When we asked if they could give us a time frame, “no, but we’re working on it.” When asked why we are experiencing so many outages, when there have been no storms or other extenuating natural disasters in our area, we simply got “we’re sorry, we’re working on it.”The billing is set up to be included in our rent & utilites so there’s no way to get a refund or a credit so the company gets their money regardless of whether the service is provided or not. & calling customer service is no use because they continually say “they’re working on it” & that’s it. Well, thanks to Pavlov Media, we don’t even have that.
PAVLOV MEDIA TV
Since everyone is stuck at home & restricted from going out, watching tv is one of the few things we have to do. Not just for a couple or few hours.literally DAYS! My roommates & I have documented each time we’ve called Pavlovs Customer Service line & in May alone, we’ve had to call on the 3rd, 12th, 19th, & 20th. We live in a complex for University students who often rely on internet for time critical assignments, yet both the internet & cable go out for DAYS at a time. There is one FAR WORSE & it’s Pavlov Media. Having previously used Comcast, I was sure they had the worst customer service of any company I’d ever encountered.unfortunately, I was wrong. I would go to the length of not even applying for a lease with an apartment in the future if I find out that that complex also uses Pavlov Media. Absolutely disappointed with this service. What’s the point of promising high speed internet services if people can’t even use them to begin with? False advertising, in my opinion. It’s also surprising to me that after countless people have left so many reviews on Pavlov Media across different sites about their terrible service, Pavlov Media has done nothing to remedy these issues. The worst part is, everyone living in this complex are college students and we’re currently on our last week of the quarter before finals week, so this is the worst possible time for an outage to occur. The Community Assistants have been contacting their GM’s to contact Pavlov Media and the people working there couldn’t even give us an estimate when the internet would come back on. At least once a week, our whole apartment complex experiences an outage which usually lasts between 10-20 minutes but this is the longest outage we’ve had so far, which as of right now is almost a day. I understand apartment complexes use services like Pavlov Media to provide internet and TV services to their tenants but my god is this the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
